The twelfth meeting of the Public Council of Baiterek National Investment Holding JSC was held

The twelfth meeting of the Public Council of Baiterek National Investment Holding JSC was held with the participation of Council members and representatives of the Holding, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC and Otbasy Bank JSC.

The meeting reviewed the activities of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC for 2025 and the first five months of 2026. The main housing policy support instruments were presented, including guarantees for shared-equity housing construction, financing of housing construction, mortgage mechanisms, acquisition of housing for citizens on housing waiting lists, support for renovation and development of utility infrastructure.

The meeting also reviewed the activities of Otbasy Bank JSC in implementing housing policy reform, working with citizens on housing waiting lists, allocating housing offered for purchase through loans and rental housing, providing preferential mortgage loans and subsidising part of rental payments. Particular attention was paid to business process automation and legislative initiatives to improve the targeting and effectiveness of state support.

Following the meeting, the Public Council took note of the information presented.
