The Sixth Meeting of the Public Council of Baiterek National Managing Holding Was Held

In order to enhance transparency, accountability, and strengthen dialogue with stakeholders, Baiterek National Managing Holding (hereinafter – the Holding) held the sixth meeting of its Public Council.

The meeting was attended by members of the Public Council, representatives of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter – the Bank), as well as the management and employees of the Holding.

During the meeting, members of the Public Council were briefed on the Bank’s activities. The presentation covered the Bank’s financial performance results for 2023 and 2024, strategic development directions, achievement of key performance indicators for 2024, and plans for 2025.

The Holding, in turn, presented preliminary results of its performance for 2024 and outlined strategic objectives for 2025. The main financial and economic indicators and outcomes in strategic areas were highlighted, and the updated Development Plan of the Holding for 2024–2033, including strategic KPIs through 2033, was presented.

Members of the Public Council actively participated in the discussion of the presented materials, raised relevant questions, and provided a number of recommendations aimed at further improving the efficiency and transparency of the Holding’s activities.
