Education: Graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Finance and Credit, International Business School at Kazakh Economic University after T. Ryskulov, specializing in Finance and Credit, underwent advanced training courses (internships) at international financial organizations and central (national) banks of Western countries in the following areas: “Macroeconomic and financial policy”, "Monetary policy strategy and especially its implementation in European Central Bank”, “Macroeconomic management”, “Financial Market Instruments”, “Financial Stability”.
Work experience:
He began his career at the Kazakh State Academy of Management as a trainee teacher, teacher.
From 2006 to 2014 - Director of the Coordination Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 to 2015 - Managing Director of Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
From July 2015 to November 2015 - Deputy Head of the Department of Social and Economic Monitoring of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2015 to 2018 - Head of the Department of Social and Economic Monitoring of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2018 to 2019 - Aide to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2020 - Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since May 18, 2020 - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reappointed from January 11, 2022.
On January 18, 2021, he was reappointed as the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reassigned from 01/11/2022-03/29/2022.
