By the decision of the Sole Shareholder, pursuant to Order No. 309 of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2025, a member of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Investment Holding was elected.

Education: Karaganda State University named after E. Buketov.

Work experience:

In 2001-2002 — Leading specialist in the apparatus of the Akim of Temirtau.

In 2002-2003 — Attaché at the Investment Committee and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2003-2006 — Attaché and third secretary at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.

In 2006-2007 — Head of the Department, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport Policy and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan.

In 2007-2009 — Deputy Head and then Head of the Apparatus of the RSE «Aktau International Sea Trade Port».

In 2009-11.2009 — Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Work, State Work, and Public Procurement of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

In 11.2009-12.2009 — Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.

He does not own shares of the Holding, as well as shares and participation interests of legal entities that are suppliers and competitors of the Holding.
