Citizenship: Republic of Kazakhstan.
By the decision of the Sole Shareholder and pursuant to Order #135 of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 15, 2026, he was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of Baiterek NIH JSC.
Education: In 1997, he graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University with a degree in Management and Economics. In 2003, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Law.
He began his professional career in 1997 at Kazakhoil-Commerce LLP.
From 1998 to 2005, he held senior management positions at Bulak LLP, Standard Trade LLP, Standard Oil Base LLP, Standard Oil LLP, Standard Oil Trading LLP, Standard Gas LLP, Hurricane Oil Products LLP, and Kyzylorda Munai Service LLP, PetroKazakhstan Trading House LLP.
From 2005 to 2007, he served as First Deputy Akim of the city of Kyzylorda.
From 2007 to 2008, he served as Head of the Office of the Akim of Kyzylorda Region.
From 2008 to 2013, he served as Akim of the Shieli District of Kyzylorda Region.
From 2013 to 2021, he served as Akim of the city of Kyzylorda.
From 2021 to 2022, he served as Head of the Regional Development Department of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2022 to 2026, he served as Akim of Kyzylorda Region.
On May 6, 2026, by Presidential Decree #1267, he was appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He does not own shares of the Holding, as well as shares and participation interests of legal entities that are suppliers and competitors of Holding.
