Employment information: 

• He has 23 years of work experience, 7 of which are in leading positions. From 1997 to 2003 he served for Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• From 2004 to 2011, he held the positions of Head of the Department of Agency Service for Projects, Managing director for Investment Projects, Director of the Corporate Development Department, Corporate Secretary of DBK.
• From 2013 to 2016 he headed the Department for the Development of Economic Industries of Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And in different years he served for the joint-stock companies: «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» NC» JSC, «KazMunayGas Consulting» JSC, «KazMunayGas» NC JSC.
• From 2016 to November 2022, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC.
• From November 2022 to October 2023, he was Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of JSC "National Managing Holding "Baiterek" dated October 05, 2023, he was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board of the Holding.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder, approved by order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 11, 2023 No. 225 he was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of JSC National Managing Holding "Baiterek".

On February 6, 2024, was appointed Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder, approved by order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 29, 2024 No. 72 was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of JSC National Management Holding Baiterek.

He does not own shares of the Holding, as well as shares and participation interests of legal entities that are suppliers and competitors of the Holding.
