Education: Graduated from “Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute” with a degree in “Construction of buildings and structures”, University of Warwick (Great Britain) with a degree in “Industrial Systems Engineering”, Taraz State University named after M.H. Dulati majoring in “Economics”.
Professional Experience:
He began his career in 2011 in the Committee for Water Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the period August 2011 to November 2013 he worked as an expert, chief expert of the Technology and Energy Saving Department of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan; head of the Transit Policy Division of the Department of Transit and Transport Logistics of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
November 2013 to March 2017: advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the Regional Investment Center “Maximum” LLP under the Akimat of South Kazakhstan Region; deputy head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Industrial and Innovative Development and Tourism of South Kazakhstan region; head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Industrial and Innovative Development and Tourism of South Kazakhstan region.
May 2018 to July 2020: director of the Department of Defense Industry Development of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan; in June 2019 the functions of the Department were transferred from the Ministry of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry.
July 2020 to July 2021: Chairman of the Industrial Development Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
July 2021 to January 2023: Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
