The Holding and its subsidiaries adhere to ESG principles aimed at taking environmental and social factors into account in the course of investment activities:

• Openness of investment activities – the activities of the Holding and its subsidiaries are carried out on the basis of transparency and openness of the investment process; at the same time, the Holding and its subsidiaries may require appropriate disclosure of information on environmental, social, and governance issues from clients.
• Social and environmental responsibility – financing of projects whose implementation does not result in significant deterioration of the environment, social working conditions, or living standards of the population in the project implementation region; investments are intended to improve the living standards of the population in the project region, employment levels, and/or social working conditions, where applicable within the framework of the project.
• Projects that do not comply with ESG principles may be denied financing if such grounds are provided for in the internal documents of the subsidiaries.
