Baiterek National Investment Holding JSC, located at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Z05T2H3, Astana city, Yesil district, Mangilik El avenue, building 55A, BIN 130540020197, IBAN KZ486010111000177563 at Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Astana city, BIC HSBKKZKX, announces that, in accordance with Order No. 175 of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2026, which constitutes the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the Holding, the annual financial statements (consolidated and separate) of the Holding for 2025 have been approved.
