Baiterek National Investment Holding Joint Stock Company, located at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Z05T2H3, Astana, Yesil District, 55A Mangilik El Avenue, BIN 130540020197, IBAN KZ486010111000177563 with Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Astana, BIC HSBKKZKX, hereby informs that, in accordance with Order No. 175 of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2026, which constitutes the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the Holding, the annual financial statements (consolidated and separate) of the Holding for 2026 have been approved.
