Askar Mamin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding.
At the meeting, the Board of Directors has approved the Holding’s Annual Budget for 2022. According to the document, the Holding's revenues are projected at 308.9 billion tenge, expenses – 275.5 billion tenge, net income – 32.7 billion tenge.
Attendees also agreed to issue 55 billion tenge worth of bonds of Baiterek Holding. Bond income will be used to finance the subsidiaries – the Agrarian Credit Corporation and KazAgroFinance. The money will also serve to support projects of the agro-industrial complex and purchase machinery for agricultural manufacturers.
In addition, the Board of Directors approved the Holding's Risk Report for the 3rd quarter of 2021 and considered issues related to the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service. The Service was created to ensure that the Holding’s employees comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption.
At the end of the meeting, the Board of Directors approved the Work Plan for 2022.
