Over KZT 440 Billion Allocated by ACC for Spring Fieldwork by Farmers

As part of fulfilling the instructions of the Head of State to ensure the timely financing of spring fieldwork and the 2025 harvesting campaign, Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (ACC), a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding, is implementing concessional lending programs "Ken Dala" and "Ken Dala 2". These programs are aimed at supporting agricultural producers and are funded through both budget loans and market-based capital.

To date, over 6,700 agricultural producers have received financing totaling more than KZT 440 billion. Notably, in November 2024, for the first time in the Corporation’s history, KZT 100 billion was allocated under a new early financing mechanism to help farmers prepare in advance for the sowing season. The current financing pool includes more than 7,000 applications.

It is important to highlight that, during the same period last year, over 3,300 farmers were financed for a total of KZT 131 billion—3.3 times less than in 2025—demonstrating significant qualitative improvements in the Corporation’s lending mechanism.

The program provides farmers with access to financial resources on highly favorable and convenient terms, with a lending rate of just 5% per annum. Financing is available through ACC branches, second-tier banks, microfinance organizations, social entrepreneurship corporations, credit partnerships, and regional investment centers.

To ensure broader access to financing, a loan guarantee program is actively being implemented by the DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC, covering up to 85% of loan amounts. In 2025 alone, 1,030 guarantees totaling KZT 151 billion have already been issued.

In addition, the concessional leasing program for agricultural machinery continues, offering leasing at 5% per annum. The total financing limit for the current year is KZT 200 billion, enabling farmers to purchase over 6,000 units of domestically produced equipment. Over 3,200 applications worth KZT 126 billion have already been submitted, with more than 2,800 contracts signed for the purchase of 3,500 units of equipment totaling KZT 68 billion.

The application process for spring fieldwork, harvesting operations, and machinery acquisition is still ongoing.

This comprehensive set of measures aims to ensure the sustainable development of Kazakhstan’s agro-industrial complex and improve the efficiency of the agricultural sector.
