Kanat Sharlapayev, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, attended a strategy session held by Otbasy Bank. The meeting was focused on the bank's corporate mortgage program, which aims to help private companies, enterprises, and state and communal organizations provide their employees with housing on preferential terms.
Under this program, employees can apply for a mortgage financed by their organization, enabling them to obtain housing with a minimum initial contribution or no down payment at all.
To participate, the employer must apply to the bank's department, sign an agreement, and the bank will then prepare individual conditions for the organization's employees and offer preferential lending terms.
