Kazakhstan Housing Company makes guarantee application process easier 

Today, amendments to the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan №432 came into force. It says that one now needs to provide twice as less documents to request the guarantee from the Kazakhstan Housing Company.

– We held a round of meetings with businessmen and decided to simplify requirements and make the application process easier. Real estate developers can submit their applications online and track their status through personal accounts. At all stages, the digital footprint is preserved.

– This year we will cross the milestone of 1 trillion tenge worth of guarantees issued. We will simplify legal requirements so that small and medium-sized companies, especially outside big cities, could receive our guarantee. If a project defaults, the Kazakhstan Housing Company will complete the housing construction at its own expense and then give apartments to equity holders. People’s money will be secure, – said Olzhas Salykov, Deputy Chairman of the Kazakhstan Housing Company.

A total of 178 projects worth almost 862 billion tenge were given guarantees. This made it possible to protect the deposits of 53,000 equity holders in Kazakhstan.
