Baiterek Holding’s annual financial statements for 2021 approved

Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, located at the following address: 55A Mangilik El Ave., Esil District, Z05Т3Е2, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, BIN 130540020197, IBAN KZ486010111000177563 in Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in Nur-Sultan, BIK HSBKKZKX, informs that the Holding’s annual financial statements for 2021 (consolidated and separate) were approved; the procedure for distributing the net income received by the Holding in 2021 was also approved by the Order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan №214 dated August 23, 2022, which is the decision of the person who owns all of the Holding’s voting shares.
