Baiterek Holding has published the Annual Report for 2020 on its website. The report has been approved by the Holding’s Board of Directors.
The document has been prepared in accordance with GRI Standards (international standards for information disclosure), KASE requirements for information disclosure, the Corporate Governance Code, and the Holding's Information Disclosure Policy.
The report contains the results of financial and operating activities of the Holding and its subsidiaries, information on the structure of assets, the results of the corporate governance, etc. The document also defines goals and plans for the future.
