Baiterek Holding placed bonds at KASE in the amount of KZT100 billion

“Baiterek” National Managing Holding JSC announces the successful placement on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC site of two bond issues totaling KZT 100 billion at a yield of 11.3% per annum and maturity of 7 and 10 years, respectively. 

The bonds of the Holding were offered to a wide range of investors; the demand for the held specialized trades was 143% and 114%, respectively. The funds raised will be used to finance investment projects implemented by the borrowers of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.

The financial consultant and underwriter for these transactions was Halyk Finance JSC, the brokers of the transactions were Halyk Finance JSC and SkyBridge Invest JSC.
