Baiterek Holding approves 2023 annual financial statements

     Baiterek National Management Holding announces the approval of its 2023 annual financial statements (both consolidated and separate) in accordance with Order No. 159 issued by the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan on May 31, 2024. This order represents the decision of the sole shareholder owning all voting shares of the Holding. Additionally, the procedure for distributing the net income earned from the Holding's activities in 2023 has been approved.
