Ardak Kasymbek headed “Kazyna Capital Management” JSC

By the decision of the Management Board of “National Managing Holding “Baiterek” JSC Ardak Kasymbek has been appointed as a Chairman of the Management Board of “Kazyna Capital Management” JSC (a subsidiary of the Holding) since June 1, 2018.Ardak Kasymbek has 20 years of experience, more than 14 years - at senior and managerial positions in NC “KazMunayGas” JSC. The last place of work was NC “KazMunayGas” JSC as a Senior Vice President - Financial Director. He is a member of the Board of Directors of “NMC “Tau-Ken Samruk” JSC and “Kazatomprom” JSC.

Ardak Kasymbek graduated from the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi, Business School of City University of London (MBA), Institute of Directors in Moscow, PhD in Economics.“Kazyna Capital Management” JSC (KCM) is a fund of private equity funds established in 2007 to promote the sustainable development of the national economy. KСM family funds provide capital to the companies of various economy sectors with the aim of further growth and increase of competitiveness. KCM is a part of “National Managing Holding “Baiterek” structure.
