A meeting of the Council of Corporate Secretaries of the subsidiaries of the Baiterek holding was held

An online meeting of the Council of Corporate Secretaries of the subsidiaries of Baiterek NMH JSC under the leadership of the Chairman of the Council Mayra Turganova took place via videoconference.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Corporate Secretary of NWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC, Chairman of the Committee of Corporate Secretaries of the National Council on Corporate Governance under the Presidium of Atameken NPP Zhardem Kurmangaziev, First Corporate Secretary of KMG EP JSC Ayazhan Zhaksybai.

The participants discussed a wide range of issues, such as corporate values, safety culture, adaptation to new working conditions, international trends in corporate governance and others.

Ayazhan Zhaksybai, the owner of the Aika Alemi brand, international coach and consultant of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, curator of fashion, and also trainer of Kazakhstan Brand Incubator, was a guest of the meeting.

She spoke about the problems that are encountered in the work of the Corporate Secretary, about the formation and development of this important specialty in Kazakhstan today. In addition, Ayazhan Zhaksybai shared her recommendations for professional development.

In turn, Zh. Kurmangaziev, within the framework of the meeting, presented a new draft of the National Code of Corporate Governance, and the Corporate Secretary of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC Aiman ​​Kasenova shared her research on trends in the field of corporate governance.
