The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) was provided with an extract from the shareholder register system of Baiterek National Management Holding JSC as of January 1, 2024.
According to the said extract:
- the total number of authorized common shares of the company is 5,000,086,550;
- 1,506,095,973 common shares of the company were placed;
- the sole shareholder of the company and, accordingly, the only person who owns shares of the company in an amount amounting to five or more percent of the total number of outstanding shares of the company, is the State Institution “Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
