Extract from the register of Baiterek Holding’s shareholders as of October 01, 2021 submitted

The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) was provided with an extract from the register of Baiterek National Managing Holding’s shareholders as of October 1, 2021.

 According to the extract:

• The total number of authorized common shares is 5,000,086,550;

•  1,251,095,973 common shares are placed;

•  The Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the company’s sole shareholder and, respectively, the only entity that owns the company's shares in the amount of five or more percent of the total number of placed shares.
