Baiterek Holding’s share placement report approved by the authorized body

On September 6, 2021, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market approved the Holding’s share placement report for the period from July 23, 2020 to July 22, 2021.
As of July 22, 2021, 1,251,095,973 (one billion two hundred fifty one million ninety five thousand nine hundred seventy three) common shares were sold and paid for in full. The authorized capital was formed and amounted to 1,266,238,962,000 (one trillion two hundred sixty six billion two hundred thirty eight million nine hundred sixty two thousand) tenge.
