Baiterek Holding paid dividends on the results of 2023
On May 31, 2024 the Holding in accordance with the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the Holding (order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 31, 2024 “On some issues of NUH Baiterek JSC”) paid dividends for 2023 in the amount of 61,147,018,050 (sixty-one billion one hundred forty-seven million eighteen thousand fifty) tenge.
The amount of dividend for 2023 per one common share of the Holding amounted to 40 (forty) KZT 60 (sixty) tiyn.
Payment of dividends was made in one payment in non-cash form.
