The Chairman of the Management Board of the Holding actively participates in the Kazakhstan–German Business Council as Deputy Co-Chairperson from the Kazakhstan side. The Council aims to strengthen and develop business cooperation between Kazakhstani and German companies. In 2024, a Working Group on financing joint projects of Kazakhstan and Germany was established, with Baiterek Holding serving as the executive body.
