Founded in 1966, the ADB’s primary mission is to stimulate economic growth in Asia and the Far East through direct loans and technical assistance. Cooperation continues on a mortgage lending project for women in Kazakhstan through Otbasy Bank JSC, as well as with Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC under the project “Support for the Development of Innovative Financing for Green Housing Construction.”
