Baiterek Holding to negotiate with DOM.RF during St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

Aidar Arifkhanov, the Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, and Vitaly Mutko, General Director of DOM.RF, will hold a business meeting during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

Aidar Arifkhanov will tell his colleague about the work Baiterek Holding had done to ensure the financial affordability of housing in Kazakhstan. In particular, he will present the results of the work of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC, the Holding’s subsidiary and the Unified Operator of Housing Construction.

The parties will also sign a Memorandum of Cooperation, under which they will agree to exchange the information and experience in implementing state and industry programs.

Baiterek Holding to present Unified Service for Public Procurement

During an online conference, Baiterek Holding will present the Unified Service for Public Procurement developed by the Center for Market Monitoring and Expertise (CMME) of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

The conference will be attended by employees of the Holding’s central office and subsidiaries.

Board of Directors to approve adjustments to Development Strategy and Optimization of Structure of Baiterek Holding

At the meeting of the Board of the Baiterek National Management Holding JSC chaired by the Prime Minister Askar Mamin, the development strategy and optimization of the Holding’s structure will be considered.

The meeting participants will also review the annual financial statements for 2020, the Action Plan to improve corporate governance, risk management, and internal control issues of the Holding.

Online conference on cooperation between real estate developers and artists

The project office for the development of creative industries at the "Baiterek" holding together with the akimat of the capital will hold an online conference on cooperation between the capital's developers and artists.

During the conference, representatives of leading construction companies and the art community will present their proposals for interaction in terms of the decoration of various buildings, streets and recreation areas of the townspeople.

The participants will be the head of the Nur-Sultan Urban Center Elnar Bazyken, representatives of the construction companies "BI Group", "Orda Invest", representatives of art associations such as TSE Art Destination and the Union of Artists and others.

The project office for the development of creative industries was created in March this year on the basis of the Baiterek Holding. The office performs the functions of the Secretariat of the Working Group on the Development of the Creative Sector of the Economy under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Project Office includes representatives of government agencies and national companies, international and creative organizations, as well as creative entrepreneurs.
