DOM.RF presents instruments of affordable housing provision to Baiterek Holding

Baiterek Holding’s delegation, headed by Anuar Omarkhodzhaev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, will pay a visit to Moscow, where DOM.RF will present the instruments for the support of the housing construction. The visit will aim at increasing cooperation between the two holdings.

The delegation will include representatives of the Holding and its subsidiaries – Kazakhstan Housing Company and Otbasy Bank.

Baiterek Holding hosted the meeting with the heads of large agricultural companies

Members of the Board of Directors (Independent Directors) and members of the Management Board of Baiterek Holding held a meeting with representatives of the Holding’s stakeholders, the heads of large agricultural companies.

The meeting was held by the Corporate Secretary Service of Baiterek Holding following the Action Plan to improve the Holding’s corporate governance.

The meeting is attended by the heads of the Grain Consortium of Kazakhstan LLP, Olzha Agro LLP, the group of companies KT Zenchenko and Company, as well as the Dinara Group.
