Board of Directors to approve adjustments to Development Strategy and Optimization of Structure of Baiterek Holding
At the meeting of the Board of the Baiterek National Management Holding JSC chaired by the Prime Minister Askar Mamin, the development strategy and optimization of the Holding’s structure will be considered.
The meeting participants will also review the annual financial statements for 2020, the Action Plan to improve corporate governance, risk management, and internal control issues of the Holding.

Meeting with representatives of French business
First Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC NMH Baiterek Kanysh Izbastin will hold a meeting with representatives of French business who are in Kazakhstan within the framework of the official visit of the Minister-Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation under the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Franca Riester.

Online conference on cooperation between real estate developers and artists
The project office for the development of creative industries at the "Baiterek" holding together with the akimat of the capital will hold an online conference on cooperation between the capital's developers and artists.
During the conference, representatives of leading construction companies and the art community will present their proposals for interaction in terms of the decoration of various buildings, streets and recreation areas of the townspeople.
The participants will be the head of the Nur-Sultan Urban Center Elnar Bazyken, representatives of the construction companies "BI Group", "Orda Invest", representatives of art associations such as TSE Art Destination and the Union of Artists and others.
The project office for the development of creative industries was created in March this year on the basis of the Baiterek Holding. The office performs the functions of the Secretariat of the Working Group on the Development of the Creative Sector of the Economy under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Project Office includes representatives of government agencies and national companies, international and creative organizations, as well as creative entrepreneurs.

Participation in the 14th meeting of the Kazakh-French Intergovernmental Commission
Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Baiterek holding Anuar Omarkhodzhaev will visit Paris as part of the Kazakh government delegation to participate in the 14th regular meeting of the Kazakh-French Intergovernmental Commission.
At the meeting, Anuar Omarkhodjaev will tell his French colleagues about the activities of the Baiterek holding and its subsidiaries to support priority sectors of the economy, including the agricultural cluster, and about measures of state support.
Also, within the framework of the visit, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in France, together with the private organization MEDEF International, will organize a Round Table, during which the Kazakh delegation will hold negotiations with potential investors. MEDEF International is the flagship of the French business with 800,000 businesses of all sizes and all industries.
Let us recall that the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation has been operating since 1992. The co-chairman from the Kazakh side is the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beibut Atamkulov, from the French side - the Minister-Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness under the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank Riester.

Members of Baiterek Holding’s primary party organization (PPO) of the Nur Otan Party’s Esil District branch (Nur-Sultan) will meet online.
During the meeting, the PPO will report on the work done over the past two years and will set tasks for the coming period.
