Baiterek Holding announces an open position for Project Lead of IT Department at Baiterek Holding.
 Position title: Project Lead of IT Department.
 Responsibilities: In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Holding’s internal IT regulatory documents, the incumbent is responsible for driving the Holding's strategic objectives by leveraging cutting-edge information technologies. This encompasses the adoption of an architectural approach.
 Qualification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Mathematics/Physics/Statistics/ Electronics/Computer Science.
 Work experience:
	 Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields or functional areas related to the position.
 Required knowledge:
	 ·         Familiarity with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including "On Joint Stock Companies," "On Combating Corruption," "On National Managing Holdings," and "On Informatization."
	 ·         Proficiency in the Kazakh language.
	 ·         Basic knowledge of business and systems analysis methodology.
	 ·         Proficiency in Togaf 9 methodology.
	 ·         Familiarity with enterprise architecture building tools.
	 ·         Knowledge of OpenStack, Docker, K8S, Gitlab, Gitlab CI, and Nexus.
	 ·         Understanding of Postgres, MySQL, Mongo, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Radis, Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack, etc.
	 ·         Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and DigitalOcean.
 Skills:
	 ·         Proficiency in project management.
	 ·         Ability to utilize business process visualization tools.
	 ·         Strategic planning expertise.
	 ·         Knowledge of Lean methodology.
	 ·         Ability to describe enterprise architecture.

           Functional responsibilities:
	 ·         Organize and/or participate in defining the architecture of the Holding and its subsidiaries, including information and communication infrastructure, IS architecture, data architecture, and activity architecture.
	 ·         Develop architectural standards and requirements.
	 ·         Design solutions to meet architectural needs.
	 ·         Participate in describing, analyzing, and reengineering (optimizing) the business processes of the Holding.
	 ·         Analyze regulatory legal acts and internal documents governing processes.
	 ·         Describe and optimize current business processes.
	 ·         Organize and/or participate in coordinating subsidiary activities to implement the architectural approach.
	 ·         Provide methodological support for building subsidiary architectures.
	 ·         Coordinate working groups within subsidiaries.
	 ·         Monitor task execution related to architecture.
	 ·         Coordinate data management activities.
	 ·         Contribute to developing a unified strategy, approaches, and methods for data management.
	 ·         Assist in developing data management infrastructure.
	 ·         Participate in implementing data quality management processes.
	 ·         Handle requests from individuals and legal entities regarding information technology issues.
	 ·         Develop internal regulatory documents related to information technology.
	 ·         Create, update, and approve documents related to information technology to guide Holding employees.
	 ·         Interact with government agencies on information technology matters.
	 ·         Review and prepare responses to incoming requests related to the IT department's activities, including reporting on instructions received.
