Chief Manager of the Asset Management Department.

     Baiterek Holding announces an open position for Chief Manager of the Asset Management Department at Baiterek Holding.

     Position title: Chief Manager of the Asset Management Department.

     Responsibilities: Engage with subsidiaries and affiliates to gather updates on the implementation progress of State planning system programs within supervised areas. Support the refinement of proposals for program updates. Conduct analytical, reference, and informational tasks related to state-supported business measures.

     Qualification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Law.

     Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields or functional areas related to the position.

At least 3 years of experience in the specific economic sector corresponding to the organization's profile (preferably within Baiterek Holding or other government entities).

     Required knowledge:

·         Proficiency in the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including "On Joint-Stock Companies," "On State Property," etc.

·         Fluency in Kazakh and English (preferred).

·         Basic knowledge of corporate governance.

     Skills:

·         Proficiency in creating presentations and conducting business communication.

·         Ability to swiftly process and analyze information.

·         Strong financial analysis capabilities, with experience in spreadsheet software.

·         Aptitude in forecasting and crafting action plans.

·         Competence in utilizing electronic document management systems.

·         Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

     Personal and professional competencies:

·         Effective communication and leadership abilities.

·         Analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

·         Capability to influence work processes.

·         Ability to organize tasks efficiently.

·         Adaptability.

·         Teamwork.

·         Accountability.

·         Eagerness to develop professionally.

     Working Conditions:

Full-time employment, 5 days a week.

Contractual employment with medical insurance coverage.

Location: Astana, 55 A Mangilik El Ave., block B.
