1988-1989 - Marceau Investments, French Private Equity Manager. Deputy Managing Director.

1990 to 2000, Credit Commercial de France.

Member of the company's management team (project finance, export credit, mergers and acquisitions, privatization).

2000 to the present: President/Founder of MHB SAS, an investment advisory company located in Paris, focusing on Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. The company was founded in 2000.

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder, pursuant to Order No. 309 of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2025, a member of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Investment Holding was elected.

She does not own any shares in the Holding or shares and participatory interests in legal entities that are suppliers and competitors of the Holding.
