2003–2004 – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2004–2006 – Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2012–2016 – Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
